Luis M. Vicente Burgos holds a Degree in Law from the University of Granada, Spain (class of 1987-1992) and is a practising member of the Bar Association of Malaga. Luis specialises in civil and commercial law, estate planning, real estate law and taxes for non-residents.

He has more than 30 years of experience as a professional and has taken part in more than 2,000 successful sales or purchase operations. Luis is fully aware that lawyers must earn their reputation on a daily basis by being approachable, adapting to their client’s needs and permanently refreshing and adding to their knowledge of the law. Luis has lived in the United Kingdom and has provided legal and tax advice at a large number of international real estate fairs over the years, helping and advising clients from all over the world.

His deep family ties with the Czech Republic and his permanent contact with this country over three decades, has allowed him to know first hand the peculiarities of buying and selling property there. He knows and understands the concerns of his Czech and Slovak clients and can easily explain the different laws and procedures. Luis is the lawyer in Spain for a large number of well known Czech and Slovak artists, entrepreneurs, athletes and professionals

Ramón Otaolaurruchi Angulo holds a Degree in Law from the University of Seville, Spain (class of 1983-1988) and is a practising member of the Bar Association of Jerez, the city where his family’s sherry-making company is based.

He also holds a qualification as a Specialist in Town Planning and Real Estate Development from the Instituto de Práctica Empresarial (Malaga, Spain) and a qualification in Accounting from the Centro de Estudios Contables (Marbella, Spain). He has also taken a variety of postgraduate courses on taxes for non-residents, investment for foreign nationals and EU labour law. He specialises in public law and was a member of the bar association’s commission for the prevention of money laundering.

He is an avid golf enthusiast, former member of the Board of Directors of the La Quinta Golf & Country Club and former President of the Members’ Committee.
