Rezerva\u010dn\u00ed poplatek b\u00fdv\u00e1 zpravidla n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1stka (mezi 6.000 a 10.000 Eury), kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 u realitn\u00edho makl\u00e9\u0159e nebo pr\u00e1vn\u00edho z\u00e1stupce prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed strany. V\u00e1\u0161 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed z\u00e1stupce v\u00e1m bude moci poradit, kter\u00e1 z\u00a0dostupn\u00fdch variant je pr\u00e1v\u011b pro v\u00e1s nejv\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nemovitost m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zaps\u00e1na na jednoho jedin\u00e9ho majitele, na n\u011bkolik vlastn\u00edk\u016f, na man\u017eelsk\u00fd p\u00e1r, na man\u017eele a jejich d\u011bti, na \u0161pan\u011blskou \u010di zahrani\u010dn\u00ed spole\u010dnost. Je t\u0159eba m\u00edt na z\u0159eteli riziko pro ji\u017e investovan\u00e9 prost\u0159edky nez\u00e1visle na garanc\u00edch a mo\u017enosti je zrealizovat.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0podpisu kupn\u00ed smlouvy (escritura de compraventa) doch\u00e1z\u00ed u not\u00e1\u0159e, je\u017e je nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edkem, kter\u00fd potvrzuje, \u017ee transakce prob\u011bhla v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0platn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1vn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy.
